Construction Project Manager

Construction Project Manager for a Civil Engineering Construction and Consulting Company based in Kingston, Jamaica

The desired applicant should possess:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or Construction Project Management
• Excellent advanced site and personnel management skills and be very organised
• An understanding of the cost, quality and time effects of decisions
• A very high level of verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and Project.

Key duties of the job include:

• Planning, scheduling, managing and overseeing construction projects
• Checking technical designs and drawings for technical and constructability issues
• Ensuring that projects are executed efficiently in adherence with the specifications, within the budgets and timelines
• Preparing site reports and other required documentation
