2 to 3 years of experience in international logistics, with construction business groups operating in multiple countries, from the perspective of a logistics center or final company, with 1 to 2 years of experience in budget and team management.
Ensure compliance with the operation manual and the Group’s standards.
• Ensure adherence to working hours, disciplinary rules, and assigned tasks.
• Ensure the maintenance of the area and work materials.
• Execute the registration of all movements in warehouse contracts (incomings and outgoings).
• Collaborate and follow up on the preparation of the logistics budget with the proposed expenses and investments for the year, facilitating decision-making for the assigned brands.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor inventory management (space allocation, rotation, slow-moving, par stock with maximum and minimum levels) and its state evolution (receiving, storage, transition, distribution, recycling).
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor transportation management based on planned needs and incidents in consumption and/or construction operation.
• Coordinate and follow up with purchasing regarding delivery forecasts (volume, delivery dates) for coordinating reception and storage.
• Coordinate and follow up with business stakeholders regarding inventory and transportation needs and incidents one month in advance for everything related to the construction warehouse.
