We are seeking an energetic, hospitable person to join our team in the capacity of 

Concierge Manager

The ideal candidate will be

• Adept at Concierge Services
• Adaptable yet Flexible, Exceptional Problem -Solver
• An excellent Coach who will train, lead, motivate and maintain a concierge team that exceeds guest expectations through quality service which may include escalation of results for customer service-related issues
• A great collaborator who will liaise with other hotel departments, coordinating efforts and resources to resolve Guest concerns/ issues securing the ultimate Guest Satisfaction
• Possess the ability to manage the Departments budget
• Fluent in English, other languages would be an asset
• Prior experience in a similar position would be an asset
