Commissary Coordinator

The incumbent would be required to provide exceptional customer service to our customers through the sale the Company’s products.

VACANCY

Bryden pi Limited is seeking to recruit a suitable candidate for the following position in our Customer Experience Department.

Some Main Responsibilities include: 

• Process management of staff sales – including receipt, collation and assembly of all staff orders for delivery via the Commissary on a weekly basis
• Sort all warehouse damaged goods into: good (saleable) stock, damaged goods to be sold in the Commissary and those to be destroyed
• Prepare necessary paper work required to action all goods movement into and out of the Commissary, such as transfer forms, invoices and hand-written bills
• Plan and coordinate the depletion of excess damages and close to expiry stock, through avenues such as “Staff and Friends” sales
• Adhere to the Company’s quality & customer service standards and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement through reporting non-conformance, customer complaints & process improvements to immediate supervisor/manager.
• Perform other duties that may be required to enhance the operations of the Company.

Qualification, Experience and Requirement: 

• A minimum of five (5) CXC passes, including Mathematics and English
• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a related field
• Or relevant combination of training and experience
• A valid Police Certificate of Good Character
