Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Commercial Processes & Capabilities Manager is responsible for leading plans and programs aimed at talent development and process improvement within the commercial department.

Commercial Processes and Capabilities Manager

Major Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the development of processes, policies, sales tools, and standard operating procedures for our Sales and Marketing department. 
  • Directs performance management initiatives to align the department’s talent with its strategic objectives. 
  • Identifies gaps and provides recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the commercial department.  
  • Coordinates the creation and management of annual training calendars for various levels and channels within the commercial department.  

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in Organizational Development, Training or Human Resource Management
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with results
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
