Securys is not a law firm, but some employees are lawyers. We’re not a cybersecurity business but our staff qualifications include CISSP and CISA. We’re not selling a one-size-fits-all tech product, but we’ve built proprietary tools and techniques that work with the class-leading GRC products to simplify and streamline the hardest tasks in assuring privacy. We’re corporate members of the IAPP, and all our staff are supported to obtain at least one IAPP certification. We’re also ISO27001 and 27701 certified.

Commercial Operations Coordinator

This is a busy role for a motivated, highly organised and imaginative individual who needs to be prepared to provide active support to the marketing, operational, business development and professional services departments and support the day to day running of the business as well as its growth by being adaptable and always thinking on their feet.

The duties include, but are not limited to:

Sales Support:

  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentation, tenders and client documentation
  • Coordinate with the sales team to track client accounts, follow up on lead and manage the CRM System
  • Provide administrative support in generating reports and managing sales data

Marketing Support:

  • Support the Sales and Marketing Executive in executing campaigns, events and communications. This includes serving as event support staff for onsite and offsite events (occasional nights and weekends)managing  RSVPs, follow up calls to vendors and ticket distribution
  • Assist in managing digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, social media posts and email campaigns
  • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of marketing collateral and materials
  • Create and manage the end-to-end delivery of a calendar of internal and external events for clients and/or employees across the business, including online events, roadshows, transport as required, within budgets and maintain accurate records of attendees and costs

Operations Support:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations in line with company policies and objectives,
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of project plans, timelines, operations manual and documentation for ongoing initiatives,
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across operations.

Professional Services Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Practice in planning and executing client projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage project schedules, and follow up on action items,
  • Assist in risk and issue management, ensuring timely updates to the project team and stakeholders,

General Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars, arrange meetings, prepare agendas and meeting notes for the commercial operations team,
  • Maintain files and documentation for ongoing and past projects,
  • Support other ad-hoc activities and tasks that align with the company’s commercial objectives,
  • Liaise with vendors and other partners,
  • Coordinate accounts receivables and payables,
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting,
  • Any other duties commensurate with the scope of the role.

Skills, Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Studies, Marketing, Operations or related field.
  • 5 + years' experience in a similar position
  • Incredibly naturally organised
  • Forward thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Self-reliance and resilience when working in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent time management
  • Experience in managing projects
  • Be a confident user of Microsoft 365office products
  • Ability to work on multiple things at once
  • Willingness to travel as needed for events
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools
