Commercial Manager – Sales & Marketing

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Manager to oversee and enhance the commercial activities of our business. This key role will drive revenue growth, optimize business processes, and ensure our commercial strategies align with the company’s objectives.

JOB SUMMARY:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and market share.
• Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams, to  drive performance and achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats and to maximize company market share
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of commercial objectives with overall business goals.
• Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure product availability and drive efficient distribution through sales channels.
• Develop and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, in-store promotions as well as other applicable channels.
• Leverage data analytics and consumer shopping patterns to optimize marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and provide regular feedback with actionable plans.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and campaigns inclusive of social media, in-store promotions, digital marketing etc.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in commercial management, with a proven track record of sales, marketing and driving growth and profitability.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop and execute effective business plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
