The Commercial Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently operating company vehicles to transport goods and materials island-wide.

Reports to: Admin Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Commercial Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently operating company vehicles to transport goods and materials island-wide. This position requires a proven track record of safe driving and the ability to assist with warehouse operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a variety of commercial vehicles, including trucks of varying sizes.
• Load and unload cargo efficiently and securely.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate vehicle logs and records.
• Assist with warehouse tasks, such as packaging and stocktaking, as needed.
• Travel to various locations island-wide to deliver and pick up goods.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle.

Qualifications:

• Minimum [3-5] years of experience driving commercial vehicles.
• Valid Commercial driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of Jamaican roads and traffic regulations.
• Excellent driving skills and a commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical fitness to handle manual labor tasks.
