Collections Team Lead needed to work in MBJ on weekdays only

Responsibility Statements

•  Monitors all stages of delinquent accounts, implements collection procedures and accepts payments.
•  Responds to inquiries from customers.
•  Maintains databases by entering, updating, and retrieving data as well as formatting and generating reports.
•  Receives/places calls or send letters to customers to resolve billing or invoice issues on delinquent accounts.
•  Reviews and makes recommendations regarding bad debt or write-offs.
•  Acts as a team lead by monitoring calls, auditing accounts, and developing skills of lower level employees.T
•  Typing Speed Requirement 20WPM

Qualifications: 

• Government Issued ID (Passport, Voters ID Card, or Driver’s License)
• NIS
• TRN
• Birth Certificate  
• Qualifications (High School Leaving Certificate/ 3 or more CXC subjects to include English Language/Level 2 HEART Certificate)
