We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cloud Solutions Sales Manager to drive sales conversions and market expansion for our cloud-based and on-premises applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales, B2B business development, and cloud solution selling. This role requires a self-starter with the ability to generate leads, engage decision-makers, and close deals across the Caribbean and other English-speaking markets.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
2. Sales certifications Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or HubSpot Sales Certification are a plus
3. Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Required Skills and Experience
1. 3–5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, cloud-based software, or enterprise software sales.
2. Strong B2B sales experience, preferably in finance, insurance, or technology industries.
3. Experience in lead generation, account management, and closing high-value deals.
4. Knowledge of the Caribbean and English-speaking markets is highly desirable.
5. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
6. Self-sufficient with the ability to generate leads without a marketing team.
7. CRM proficiency in HubSpot.
8. Tech-savvy with an understanding of cloud solutions (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
9. Ability to work remotely and travel when needed.
10. Working knowledge of designers, media sellers, transport, delivery people, PR people and advertisers etc.
11. A great team player
