The incumbent is responsible for providing application first level, onsite or remote support on expertise to all Roche installed instruments, maintaining the established alignment and standardization.

                                                                                     

Bryden pi Limited is seeking to recruit a suitable candidate for the following position in the Hospital Equipment and Supplies Division: 

Some Main Responsibilities include: 

  • Arrange appointments with doctors and hospital medical teams for medical meetings, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling
  • Train doctors and nurses on the Company’s products particularly Baxter PD lines
  • Train patients and their families at hospital and at home.
  • Follow up with patients to monitor response to treatments and report findings to healthcare team. Troubleshoot PD related issues experienced by patients and provide support.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Reps to reach (and if possible exceed) annual sales targets
  • Regularly attend Company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest clinical data supplied by the Company, and interpret, present and discuss this data with health professionals during presentations
  • Effectively Communicate with Nipdec and MOH on patients and products
  • Monitor competitor activity and competitors' products
  • Maintain knowledge of new developments in field, anticipate potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapt strategy accordingly
  • Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector
  • Stay informed about the activities of health services in their particular area
  • Perform other duties that may be required to enhance the operations of the Company

 

Qualification, Experience and Requirement: 

  • Registered Nurse
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the health industry, preferably in Medical Sales/Marketing.
  • Or relevant combination of training and experience
  • Must provide a valid Police Certificate of Good Character
  • Must have a valid driver’s licence and a vehicle in good working condition
