 Overview:

​ KPMG Jamaica's delivery center, Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS), is seeking a Client Systems Support Officer. This role supports KPMG United States' Advisory function by providing back-office support for the Opportunity Engagement Lifecycle Systems team. The team works closely with stakeholders to support Engage and Launchpad applications, ensuring smooth operations and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional support for Engage and Launchpad applications.
• Assist with opportunity lifecycle management, pricing, and forecasting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues.
• Log, update, and track issues in the ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to escalate complex issues.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for pricing model updates.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage with onshore Advisory Technology Teams to enhance system knowledge and leverage AI tools like Copilot.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum two-year experience in professional services, general operations, or similar processes.
