POSITION PURPOSE: We employ representatives to handle mainly inbound calls from customers on site. Outbound leads are provided by the company. Approximately 90% of calls will be inbound while 10% will be outbound calls. As a customer service representative, you are expected to receive calls and answer questions, receive complaints, make sales and or troubleshoot while provide exceptional customer service.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

  • Answer inbound calls demonstrating product knowledge and benefits according to established department policies and procedures 
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.  
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.  
  • Conduct follow up calls to ensure resolution.  
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.   
  • Works closely with mentors, supervisors and quality analysts to provide quality service to our customers and represent our clients in an effective and efficient manner. 
  • Partners with management team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations. 
  • Regular on-site attendance; strict adherence to the company’s Attendance Policy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be able to type 45 WPM
  • At least 3 csec passes
  • Must be experienced at navigating website pages and quickly identifying information
  • Must have effective written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize quickly
  • Detail oriented and customer-focused
  • Possess critical thinking skills
  • Adaptable
  • Career oriented and professional
  • Experience as a Sales and/or Customer Service Representative is a plus
