Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the post of Client Solutions Associate in our Business Development Department. The successful candidate will contribute to the attainment of the company's goals and objectives by providing superior customer service and maintaining productive relationships with brokers/agents/major direct clients engendering goodwill and loyalty.

The candidates should have the following competencies and qualifications:

❖ Bachelor’s Degree or

❖ ACII, CPCU or equivalent qualification (distinct advantage)

❖ Customer Service and Quality Management Training

❖ FSC Salesman Licence in all classes of business

❖ Proven leadership skills

❖ Excellent negotiation and analytical skills

❖ Excellent oral and written communication skills

❖ Strong underwriting acumen

❖ Proven Sales and Report Writing skills

❖ Strong operational skill

❖ Must have a valid Driver’s License

❖ Proficient in MS Office applications including Word and Excel

❖ At least five (5) years’ General Insurance experience
