LARGE INSURANCE BROKER REQUIRES THE SERVICES OF A

 CLIENT SERVICES SUPPORT OFFICER

 

THE JOB

The ideal person will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience.

 JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

The following skills are essential for the successful execution of your duties:

  • The ability to consistently deliver a very high level of customer service
  • Reliability & Job Punctuality
  • Availability to work on various shifts including weekends

 

 Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Maintaining a very high level of Customers satisfaction
  2. Managing Incoming Calls from internal and external customers and responding to their emails
  3. Maintaining accurate client records on the company’s database
  4. Support IT client services

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Do you have an undergraduate degree or
  •  A minimum of five (5) CXC passes at Grade 1 or 2 including English Math Accounts and IT
  • Ability to work on weekends.
  • Experience with Microsoft suite of products (Excel/Word,etc)
