The Business and Employment Centre is seeking a highly motivated Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to drive sales of ICT solutions to both new and existing customers for our client based in St. Lucia.

Key Responsibilities:

ICT Sales & Business Development

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas through proactive client engagement.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within designated sectors.
  • Sell ICT solutions, including network infrastructure, managed IT services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, enterprise software, and hardware solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, IT challenges, and technology requirements to offer tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations, proposals, and ROI-driven business cases.
  • Leverage existing industry connections and market research to generate leads


Account Management & Customer Success

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and maintain strong C-level relationships with decision-makers, IT managers, and procurement teams.
  • Conduct regular technology review meetings with clients to discuss upgrades, enhancements, and new solutions.
  • Provide post-sale account management, ensuring smooth service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling ICT services to maximize revenue.


Sales Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately track opportunities within the CRM system.
  • Qualify leads and prioritize activities based on potential revenue impact.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all sales activities, interactions, and deal stages.
  • Provide weekly sales reports to management, outlining performance, pipeline status, and challenges.
  • Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.


Industry Engagement & Market Intelligence

  • Stay updated on the latest trends in ICT, including cybersecurity threats, cloud adoption, networking advancements, and enterprise IT solutions.
  • Attend industry conferences, workshops, and networking events to expand business relationships.
  • Obtain and maintain relevant ICT sales certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, Palo Alto, Fortinet).
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to help refine sales strategies.
  • Attend training on key product portfolios.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management


Knowledge, Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions, managed services, and digital transformation, with experience in network infrastructure sales and translating technical solutions into business value.
  • Proven track record in closing large IT deals, solution selling, and negotiating contracts, pricing, and SLAs.
  • Excellent at building long-term relationships with key stakeholders, engaging C-suite executives, and delivering high-impact sales presentations.
  • Skilled in market analysis, strategic account planning, and aligning ICT solutions with customer business goals.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, with strong time management, organization, and forecasting skills.

Qualifications & Work Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years experience in corporate sales within ICT, telecommunications, or enterprise technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in an ICT sales role.
  • Certifications (Preferred but Not Required) – Cisco Sales, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or other ICT-related sales accreditations.


Work Requirements

  • Flexible to work extended hours as needed to meet client and business demands.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings, industry events, and on-site demonstrations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven sales environment.
