Responsibilities  

  • Create a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Conduct proactive and continuous visits/liaisons with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Oversee service delivery to ensure all procedures agreed in service contracts are being carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain constant dialogue with internal departments to ensure service delivery challenges are identified and quickly addressed at the appropriate levels.
  • Organize and conduct training to enable clients to fully understand and utilize services.
  • Advise client of new services and suggest customization according to client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all existing and potential clients.
  • Perform the role of subject matter expert for assigned services.
  • Cultivate solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service.
  • Perform any other assigned duties within the scope of the job.

Requirements

  • Tertiary level training in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a similar capacity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Flexible availability.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Excellent time management & organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well with others and create positive internal and external partnerships.
  • Ability to stay calm in busy and stressful situations.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and upbeat attitude.
  • Proven work experience in the Customer Service department as a Client Servicing Executive
