Civil Engineer

Objectives and Responsibilities of this role

• Design and manage both small-scale and large-scale projects with an eye on safety, scheduling, and budget. Projects are primarily civil based to include roads, sewage systems, water supply and drainage systems)
  • Develop project execution strategy for assigned projects.
  • Apply technical knowledge in the development of feasibility analyses for project specifications, ensuring that all stakeholder expectations are met.

• Manage design teams as Project Team Leader for the completion of overall project design and supervision deliverables.

Required skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 8 years civil design /project management experience
• Experience in civil design (Roads, sewage systems, water supply systems, drainage system)
• Experience in the use of the following civil engineering design tool: EPANET, Civil 3D, Hec/HMS
• Excellent analytic, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated

Preferred skills and qualifications

• PE licensure
• Experience in the use of FIDIC, GOJ forms of contracts is an asset.
