Chief Finance Officer

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations, ensuring long-term financial health and regulatory compliance while driving operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with Export Barbados' objectives.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analyses to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks while managing investment portfolios.
• Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and Board to support decision-making.
• Manage relationships with financial institutions and secure funding for growth initiatives.
• Lead financial efficiency initiatives to improve overall performance.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA preferred), Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is highly desirable.
• At least 10 years of experience in financial management, including strategic planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and investment strategies.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience managing a finance team.
