OUR CLIENT OPERATES IN ADVERTISING INDUSTRY IS SEEKING TO RECRUIT A CEO 

 

INTERESTED, QUALIFIED SHOULD SUBMIT RESUME IN WORD FORMAT.

COMPENSATION INCLUDING HEALTH AND PENSION WILL BE COMMENSURATE WITH QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE.  PLEASE INDICATE DESIRED COMPENSATION.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 
    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a clear vision and strategy for the company, aligned with industry trends, client needs, and market demands. Make informed decisions to drive business growth and enhance the company's competitive position.
 
    • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with potential clients. Lead the company's sales efforts and ensure the successful acquisition of new accounts, while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships.
 
    • Client Satisfaction: Foster a customer-centric culture and ensure the delivery of high-quality advertising campaigns, exceeding client expectations. Regularly communicate with key clients to understand their evolving needs, address concerns, and maintain strong partnerships.
 
    • Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing team of advertising professionals, providing clear direction, mentorship, and support. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity, professional growth, and employee engagement.
 
    • Financial Management: Oversee the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation. Implement strategies to maximize profitability, manage costs, and achieve revenue targets while maintaining financial stability. The CEO is expected within the three (3) weeks of tenure to work with the Chairman, the CFO and senior members of the company to determine, agree and approve profitability targets and monthly cash flow forecast for this period.
 
    • Industry Leadership: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's reputation and visibility.
 
    • Collaboration and Partnerships: Cultivate strategic partnerships with other agencies, media outlets, and vendors to leverage resources, expand service offerings, and drive mutually beneficial collaborations. Seek opportunities for integration and cross-channel marketing to enhance the company's capabilities.
 
    • Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and industry standards. Identify and mitigate potential risks, implement appropriate safeguards, and maintain the Company's reputation for integrity and professionalism.
