Chief Administration Officer

The incumbent should possess general management skills, including a sound knowledge of business, finance, human resource practices, and marketing, to effectively support the goals of the Foundation.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources or related field is required
• A Master’s degree is preferred
• At least 7 years of management experience at a senior level with experience in assuming overall responsibility for business operations driving significant results in a high-performance nonprofit, social enterprise or innovative business environment

Required Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in the use of computers: Microsoft Office, financial management, and accounting software package

• Strong critical thinker and problem solver who can successfully build and lead an execution strategy from a long-term vision
• Excellence in organizational management with the ability to develop high-performing multi-disciplinary teams across the organization
• Experienced strategist, innovator, and executor who will contribute in the leadership, management, and growth of the organization; adept at synthesizing information, building stakeholder trust and making sound decisions
• Capable of promoting and maintaining a supportive work culture
• Sound knowledge of business, finance; and human resource practices
• Strong people management skills would be a positive asset
• Ability to manage time efficiently and multi-task effectively and exhibits strong leadership skills
• Effective communicator in both written and verbal form
• A keen interest in health promotion
