Overview: Our client is one of the leading Technology Solutions providers across the Caribbean Region. With offices in most territories, the company can offer robust regional solutions to sectors including Finance, Government, Aviation and Retail. Due to growth, they are seeking a proven professional to join the team who promote services via technology partners across the OECS Caribbean region.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and managing sales channels to drive revenue growth and market expansion, that supports the company ongoing sales and growth opportunities within the “OECS” region. 
  • Responsible for managing relationships with service support channels to ensure achieving optimum customer satisfaction and positive customer experience.
  • The Channel Development Sales Manager will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to include channel partners to identify opportunities, develop strategies, develop partner competencies and execute plans that align with the company’s business objectives. 
  • The Channel Development Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and providing / executing plans towards improving channel performance.
  • Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify, recruit and onboard new channel partners.
  • Manage relationships with existing partners to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners.
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance and provide regular reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align channel strategies with business.
  • Develop marketing programs and campaigns to support channel sales.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with channel partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote brand awareness.
  • Ensure partner compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of company products and services offering.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on partner and market insights.
  • Manage channel budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Resolve conflicts and issues that arise with channel partners.
  • Monitor, report on and support healthy financial targets to include purchases, accounts payables and account receivables between the company and their partners.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for channel sales & service.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop joint sales strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on channel development activities.
Qualifications:
  • BSC in Business Administration/Management Studies, or Marketing Management from a recognized institution.
  • Master’s in business administration would be an asset.
  • Professional certification in Sales and Business Development.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
  • Documents and visas to facilitate regional and international travel.
