Job Description:
- Provides prompt and quality Customer Service by projecting and demonstrating a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and initiative in accordance with established guidelines and policies.
- To effectively and efficiently serve both internal and external customers.
- Daily reconciliation of company cash totals
- Allocation of funds received for TATIL from the following payment sources –
- Head Office Over the Counter Customers
- Cheques received by the Finance/Claims/A Departments (Agents/Brokers etc.)
- ACH Deposits
- To ensure that information pertaining to the Cash Policy and Anti Money Laundering Act are adhered to.
- Manage and replenish petty cash.
- Preparation of Daily deposits – RBL, and RBC.
- Review all cash reports and update spreadsheet.
- Filing of cash reports and mailing receipts.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- 5 O’levels including Mathematics, English & Accounts
- 3 A’Levels
- Certification in Accounting
- Minimum of 1-year relevant experience or any equivalent combination of experience and/or qualifications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Skill in both verbal and written communication
