The Capabilities Development Officer will assist in identifying, planning, organizing, evaluating and facilitating specialized training programmes in accordance with Organizational Development principles to focus on building sales capabilities and competencies within teams across the Sector

The Capabilities Development Officer will assist in identifying, planning, organizing, evaluating and facilitating specialized training programmes in accordance with Organizational Development principles to focus on building sales capabilities and competencies within teams across the Sector.  The position will also require assisting in developing people competencies in other areas as assigned.  Undertaking the role of administrator for the Construction Sector University (LMS) platform and providing administrative support in the development of a proposed Trade School.  The officer will be required to handle the procurement process efficiently.
