POSITION : CUSTOMER SERVICE & (SOFT) SALES AGENT 

Job Summary

Join a dynamic home essentials company as a Customer Service/Sales Agent. You’ll drive sales through inbound/outbound calls, pitch products, and provide excellent customer service in a tech-driven startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle high-volume calls and schedule introductory calls.
• Engage with customers on social media, responding to inquiries.
• Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Focus on B2C sales, bringing energy and persistence to customer interactions.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of call center or customer service experience.
• Strong sales mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in computer tools and social media.
• 3 CSEC/CAPE or City & Guilds required; NVQJ/Associates Degree preferred; upselling/cross-selling experience is a plus.
