Key Responsibilities:

• Office Assistance: Manage office and cleaning supplies, assist with scheduling and organizing events.
• Courier Duties: Collect and distribute mail, make bank deposits, pay bills, and coordinate with external courier services.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness of office spaces, perform routine cleaning tasks, and report maintenance needs.
• Filing and Document Management: Organize filing systems, archive records, and prepare documents for filing.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a High school Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in an office support or courier role preferred
• Possession of a valid Driver’s License
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of confidentiality and trustworthiness
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
• Basic knowledge of filing systems and document management practices.
