Job Summary:

The Butler Supervisor oversees the butler team, ensuring personalized and exceptional guest experiences for VIPs and suite guests. This role involves training, supervising, and coordinating butler services to maintain luxury service standards while handling guest requests efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Service & VIP Experience:

  • Ensure all butlers provide personalized and seamless service to VIP guests.
  • Anticipate guest needs and tailor services to enhance their stay.
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally.

2. Team Supervision & Training:

  • Lead and mentor the butler team, ensuring adherence to service standards.
  • Conduct regular training on etiquette, communication, and luxury service techniques.
  • Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback.

3. Operational Management:

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and front desk teams for smooth operations.
  • Oversee VIP check-ins, departures, and room preparations.
  • Ensure butlers maintain cleanliness and organization of suites and guest amenities.

4. Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain guest preference records and service reports.
  • Monitor inventory of butler supplies and request replenishments as needed.
  • Prepare reports on team performance and guest feedback.

5. Quality Assurance & Compliance:

  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure top-tier service standards.
  • Implement service improvements based on guest feedback.
  • Ensure butlers adhere to health, safety, and hotel policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and guest service abilities.
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Professional appearance, etiquette, and discretion.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Formal training in butler service, luxury hospitality, or customer service.
  • Experience working in five-star resorts or high-end hotels.
