REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR
SOLUTIONS SUPERVISION GIVEN TO: BUSINESS TO BUSINESS COORDINATOR

PURPOSE: The primary purpose of the B2B Sales Executive position is to drive business-to-business (B2B) sales growth by exceeding monthly sales targets through effective client engagement, negotiation, and relationship management. The incumbent is tasked with providing exceptional service to existing and prospective clients while consistently meeting or surpassing sales objectives.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES:

• Sales Management: Present, promote, and sell products/services to both existing and potential B2B customers, utilizing persuasive arguments and tailored solutions to meet client needs.

• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture positive, long-lasting business relationships with clients, fostering trust and satisfaction to enhance customer retention and loyalty.

• Lead Generation: Utilize various strategies, including cold calling and networking, to generate and follow up on leads, ensuring a robust sales pipeline to support revenue growth.

• Account Management: Take ownership of client accounts, managing them effectively by addressing issues promptly, expediting problem resolution, and maximizing customer satisfaction.

• Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within designated timeframes, contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.

• Team Collaboration: Coordinate sales efforts with cross-functional team members and other departments, fostering collaboration and alignment to drive collective success.

• Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analyses of market potential, track sales performance, and provide regular reports to management, informing strategic decision- making and identifying growth opportunities.

• Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices, continuously enhancing sales strategies and approaches to maintain a competitive edge.

• Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and activities to support sales initiatives, enhancing brand visibility and driving customer engagement.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including sales planning, reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

 

JOB SPECIFICATION: QUALIFICATION/EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales roles, demonstrating the ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

• Proficiency in MS Office suite, as well as familiarity with Business Relationship Management (BRM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices.

• Technical background preferred, with knowledge of engineering or architecture concepts considered advantageous.

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong business relationships.

• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving sales objectives and driving business growth.
