Core Responsibilities
- Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’).
- Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to resolve customer issues that are non-standard/unstructured and require some clarification or conceptual thinking.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
- Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required.
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
- Offer additional products and/or services
- Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database
Requirements:
- Persons with supervisory, support and operations experience in the BPO sector required.
- Must have hardcore Business-to-Business sales experience/customer service experience, at least 1 year
- 1 year customer support / service and/or 6 months sales experience
- CV, NIS, TRN, ID, certification for minimum of 3 CXCs / GCE Subjects (grades 1 to 3, including English language) and a numeric subject or Customer service-related HEART Level-II Certificate
- Schedule Flexibility (holidays & weekends)
- Ability to adapt communication approach to mirror the audience
- Great customer service skills
- Being able to ask for assistance when there are issues beyond your control.
- Good organisational skiills (Prioritization)
- Must be resourceful and intrinsically motivated
- Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
- Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly
- Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment
- 25 words per minute / 90% accuracy (typingtest.com)
- Police Record (Valid for 1 year)
- Expertise in sales, customer service and must be tech savvy.
