  • Transformation Delivery: Implementing transformation through enterprise agile design, product and service management tools

EY Jamaica is currently seeking an experienced Senior in our Business Transformation practice. Our team is focused on helping clients improve business performance and operational efficiency while managing risk. Our teams help clients by delivering assessment, transformation, and process efficiency solutions. We deliver value across the full spectrum of the business including strategic direction, customer and advisor engagement, operations, technology enablement, people and organization change, and program management and execution. 

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Close collaboration with the EY engagement leadership team and clients to plan, design, deliver, and deploy solutions to complex business issues, incorporating elements of strategy, future operating models, experience design, platforms, innovation and execution.
  • Support teams in developing new content for our clients which can include market research as well as creating scalable digital solutions that solve teething client issues.
  • Deliver timely, quality output and work products per client’s needs.
  • Participate in business development activities and create client pitches and proposals.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management. Focus on deliverables and client business priorities. Manage expectations of service. Understand the client's industry and recognize key performance drivers and business trends.
  • Demonstrate high levels of technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilate new knowledge. Keep up to date with current developments and trends in consulting services capabilities, digital transformation tools and industry knowledge.
  • Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients. Develop client relationships and networks. Develop relationships with other EY team members across all practices to serve client needs.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

 

To qualify for the role you should have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Management, Finance, Business, Design Innovation or a related field. A Master's degree would be considered an asset
  • Certifications such as CPA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, and Agile Design, Scrum (DAVSC, DAC, or equivalent) are highly preferred
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in project management, business requirements gathering and analysis, process reengineering or process design, innovation and/or transformation consulting
  • Sector experience in financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing, oil & gas will be considered an asset
  • Ability to interpret complex business data to identify issues and develop solutions.
  • Good analytical, report-writing and presentation skills
