Job Overview
The Business Support Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the implementation of policies and providing support services for the company at the Kingston office. You will also manage and oversee the business administrative processes, airline/charter statistics and staff biometric system (fortnightly and monthly). Ensure deliverables in procurement and purchase order processing. Ensure standardization and accountability of staff within the department towards productivity by assisting the Station Operations Manager.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills. Must be deadline driven with good time management skills. A high level of confidentiality, reliability and responsibility is necessary. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and a high level of attention to detail.
