As a Business Process Migration Coordinator, you will operate at the support job level, managing the migration of workflows from Blueworks Live to ARIS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

KPMG Jamaica has a delivery center named “Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS)” operating from Kingston, which is contracted to provide back-office support to its member firm KPMG United States (“the Client”).
JOB SUMMARY:
As a Business Process Migration Coordinator, you will operate at the support job level, managing the migration of workflows from Blueworks Live to ARIS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. You will be responsible for reviewing and updating flowcharts, maintaining comprehensive process documentation, and collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to resolve migration-related issues.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Take charge of exporting existing workflows from Blueworks Live and ensuring they are migrated formatted correctly for integration into ARIS.
• Meticulously audit all data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with our established standards before and after migration.
• Review and identify anomalies in the flowcharts representing workflows to address the implications of any missing elements. Develop and update flowcharts to visually represent workflows, facilitating clear communication among stakeholders.
• Work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to identify and resolve any migration-related issues promptly and perform any required cleanup activities.
• Keep comprehensive records and documentation of all processes, changes, and updates throughout the migration project.
• Strive to achieve a target of migrating 8 workflows per day while maintaining high-quality standards.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in information technology, data analytics or related field.
• Experience in Instructional Design, Compliance, or Quality is a plus.
• Exposure to MS Visio, Blueworks Live, or ARIS is a plus.
• Basic skills in flowcharting.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
• Expected to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to be using information systems for the entire workday to access data or perform activities.
• May be required to work extended hours periodically or on public holidays.
