Business Performance Analyst

• Design, prepare, calculate & distribute Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Key Performance Indicators (KPI) performance files & dashboards for different departments.
• Retrieve data, prepare & distribute SLA reporting files for all banks
• Create or update documentation of procedures (SOPs) Standard Operating Procedures & Desk Procedures (DPs)
• Update Business Continuity Planning documentations
• Prepare and send special client request for edited reports
• Prepare & Analyze by branch operational analysis for process improvement planning
• Prepare & Analyse by Branch daily/weekly dashboards
• Prepare & Analyse ATM Uptime performance by Bank, CIT Performance and identify affected clients, and Deposit Processing & Cash Processing activities to minimize errors and late transmittals.
• Any other duties assigned by the manager

Job Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent of same of 2 years minimum experience.
• Certified or Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Power BI 
• Minimum 2 Year experience in data analytics
• Experience in fast pace environment.
• Individual must be adaptable to changes.
• Ability to work independently in a team oriented environment.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Must be able to analyze and proactively initiate process improvement management.
