As the Business Development Specialist & Sales Executive of a sales force consultancy business, you will generally be responsible for identifying, developing and potentially closing new revenue and profit streams. Responsibilities may range from finding new customers to managing existing business relationships. The Business Development Specialist will work closely with the sales executive team to develop and implement strategies that support our growth and profitability goals. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Research different markets, industries & customer segments to develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.

  • Co-ordinate with the sales team and develop strategies to increase sales revenue.
  • Qualify leads and close deals with promising prospects  

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales executive team.

  • Manage employee productivity and efficiency metrics. 
  • Set clear goals and establish specific measurable objectives for yourself & team to drive focused efforts.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. 

• Represent the company in industry associations and events. 

• Report regularly to the CEO and other members of the executive team on operational performance, risks, and opportunities.

• 4+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Strong business acumen and team management skills. 

• Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies that support growth and profitability. 

• Experience in managing budgets and financial plans. 

• Ability to travel as needed.
