Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation, Prospecting, and Sales
Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Manage a calendar of prospecting activities, including calls, meetings, trade visits, and
industry events.
Qualify and pursue incoming sales leads to maximize opportunities.
Build and maintain a robust database of qualified prospects for continuous lead generation.
Oversee and coordinate the closure of new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management & Onboarding
Act as the primary liaison during the onboarding process, ensuring seamless collaboration
with operational and administrative teams.
Foster strong, professional relationships with key client stakeholders to build trust and
ensure satisfaction.
Planning, Reporting, and Administration
Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and insightful management reports.
Maintain and manage company CRM systems, ensuring accurate client and prospecting
records.
Support efficient collection processes in coordination with the accounting team.

A good understanding of sales and distribution within the FMCG industry is a plus.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Sales and Marketing (a Marketing/Business Management degree is a bonus).
3–5 years of B2B sales experience (FMCG or distribution experience is an asset).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary: $8,000/month
Travel Allowance
