The Business Analyst ensures project success by managing requirements, supporting process design, and leading change management efforts to drive adoption of new processes and technologies.

Title: Business Analyst, Change Management

Work type: 6 – 12 month contract

Industry: Banking & Financial Services

Work location: Hybrid (remote and in-office) - Applications open to resident Caribbean nationals.

Role overview:

The Business Analyst, Change Management acts as a bridge between stakeholders and ensures project success by managing requirements and delivering solutions that align with business needs. This role also supports transformation initiatives, guiding change management and fostering adoption of new solutions to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, document, and analyse requirements, ensuring traceability and alignment with business objectives.
  • Support process design, procedure documentation, and project deliverables such as Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and project charters.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, business impact analyses, and risk assessments, documenting findings and recommending improvements.
  • Facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, workshops, and walkthroughs to gather approvals and promote stakeholder alignment.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies, including stakeholder analysis, change goal setting, and impact assessments.
  • Partner with stakeholders to address people-related impacts of change, resolve blockers, and promote adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Create and deliver training, coaching, and communication materials to support smooth transitions and mitigate resistance to change.
  • Collaborate with communications teams to clarify impacts on roles, policies, and objectives, ensuring consistent messaging.
  • Contribute to the development of methodologies and tools to enhance change management effectiveness.

Academic Qualifications and Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree or higher-education diploma in human resource management, business administration or other suitable discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in banking or financial services with relevant experience in people change management.
  • Experience facilitating design sessions (remote and in-person) with proficiency in collaborative tools & techniques (e.g. design thinking, Miro, Mural, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Prior experience leading organisational change management (e.g., communications, stakeholder impact, training, workshops, design-thinking sessions, etc.)
  • Proven track record of engaging with stakeholders at all organisational levels.

Certification

Preferred:

  • Certificate in People Change Management from PROSCI or another recognised change management body.
