About the Role:

ContactPoint360 is seeking a Brand Promotion Officer to position Montego Bay as a premier BPO destination and highlight ContactPoint360’s culture, talent, and people. This role will focus on creating engaging daily content, including short- and long-format videos, to showcase our brand and attract talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Montego Bay & ContactPoint360: Develop and execute a brand strategy to highlight Montego Bay’s appeal and ContactPoint360’s unique culture.
  • Daily Content Creation: Create short and long videos capturing our people, culture, and work environment.
  • Social Media Management: Actively manage and post daily on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google to grow our online presence and engagement.

Skills:

  • Strong storytelling skills with a creative approach to showcasing our brand.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and strategies for engagement.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in content creation and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in video editing and graphic design.
  • Bilingual in English and Jamaican Patois is a plus.
