KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with the Trade Marketing Manager to execute trade activities, including participating in trade shows and weekly market visits.
• Support the assigned marketing agency to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies and campaigns.
• Develop the annual brand plan to address brand opportunities and challenges.
• Review and approve creatives while ensuring timely execution of marketing deliverables.
• Engage audiences through quarterly social media campaigns that resonate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Track and analyze social media metrics to inform effective decisions and maximize engagement.
• Maintain and curate a comprehensive digital library of photos, videos, and special events.
• Monitor the company website and domain, recommending and coordinating necessary updates.
• Prepare and submit reports in alignment with established guidelines and timelines.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate is required to have a minimum of:

• B.Sc. Marketing or Business Administration

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENT

The successful candidate should:

1. Have two (2) years' marketing or brand management experience in the FMCG category.
2. Be proficient in the use of Microsoft suite.
