Title: Brand Manager
Location: Giftland Group, Giftland Mall – Guyana
Reports To: Marketing & Sales Executive
Job Summary:
The Brand Manager leads our brand development initiatives. The incumbent must have a strong background in brand management, a passion for technology and industry, with the ability to drive brand awareness and loyalty. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand's presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting Responsibilities: Reports to Marketing & Sales Executive
Supervisory Responsibilities: Product specialists, Supervisors, Team leaders and CSRs.
Job Requirements/Specifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the electronics or consumer technology sectors.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing brands.
Essential Skills: Computer Literate (Microsoft: Word, Excel), Report Writing.

Will be spending 60% of time in Giftland. 40% of time on the trade.

Salary and Benefits
Salary and Benefits are based on Giftland existing salary scheme, and benefits are in accordance with the laws of Guyana and the policies of Giftland. These are all provided for in the Contract of employment.
