Role Objectives
The Brand Manager that we seek will ensure that the company's products, services, and product lines resonate with current or potential customers resulting in the creation of long-term relationships.
General Responsibilities
i. Create and execute promotions which will result in a consistent increase in the customer base
ii. Support the creation of, and manage the assigned annual brand strategy plan
iii. Efficient budget management
iv. Report on the results of brand initiatives ad is related to immediate and long term results.
Fundamental Skills
i. Ability to competently apply the key drivers of marketing
ii. High level of creativity and ability to combine the needs of the business with market trends
iii. Strong in analyzing data to evoke business impacting and decision-making information
iv. Ability to execute marketing related initiatives to drive growth
v. Ability to deliver impactful results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
vi. Appreciation for the budgeting process, with the proven ability to efficiently plan, forecast and remain within an approved budget
Education & Experience Required
i. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
ii. 3 - 5 years’ experience in brand marketing
iii. Proficiency in software and tools used within the marketing environment
iv. Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
v. Experience leading agency relationships
vi. Highly organized and able to efficiently execute on own initiative
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
