Overview: Our client has been operating for over 29 years across the Caribbean as a renowned and reliable importer, distributor and marketer of internationally recognized brands. Due to growth they are seeking to recruit a professional with the relevant Brand Management experience to join the team.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen market positioning and enhance customer engagement.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and competitive    landscapes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, sales, logistics and product development,—to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Oversee the execution of brand campaigns across digital, social media, print, and event marketing    platforms.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
  • Analyze brand performance metrics, refining strategies to optimize impact and effectiveness.
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors to implement key marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to the annual brand planning process, shaping long-term strategic direction.
  • Work closely with the sales team to tailor brand strategies for specific clients and market segments.
  • Compile and analyze sales and distribution reports to inform decision-making.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and brand positioning.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with budget management and marketing analytics tools.
