BRANCH SUPERVISOR

For Portmore, Christiana, Santa Cruz, Mandeville, Brown's Town, St Ann's Bay, Luce Branches:

The Branch Supervisor will be responsible for growing the loan portfolio, providing superior customer relations and service to clients; and ensuring compliance with company policies, practices and procedures. This position reports directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager.

 Responsibilities:

• Liaise and report to Senior Management on the operations of the branch.
• Integrally involved in the collections of amounts owed by clients and companies by doing:

(a)  review of key collections ratios

(b)  review of sensitive products e.g. bank direct loans

(c)  review of court/legal accounts

• Supervise the presentation and organization of the branch and staff by:

(a)  Ensuring that staff operate in a professional manner

(b)  Ensuring that branch is clean and tidy

• Training and recruiting of new staff
• Manage the loan operations of the branch by doing:

(a)  review of loans by product/employee

(b)  review of loan status

(c)  review pending query log

(d)  verify references and customer information of all loan from branch

• This position will include frequent visits  to other companies to market and promote the company’s products and services including our commercial lending product
• Monthly growth in production target for branch is expected 

(Targeted amounts will be reviewed from time to time)

• Any other duties assigned  within the scope of the job
