The Branch Recruiter will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to support our client's staffing needs.
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding for multiple roles in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Talent Sourcing: Proactively build talent pipelines through job boards, social media, community outreach, and employee referrals.
Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial phone screenings, coordinate interviews, and assess candidates to ensure the best fit.
Job Fair & Event Management: Represent the company at job fairs and hiring events to expand the candidate pool.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implement effective hiring strategies.
Applicant Tracking & Compliance: Maintain accurate records in the ATS, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Offer Management: Negotiate offers, facilitate background checks, and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a BPO environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software and tools.
