Tara Courier Services Ltd., a leading provider of courier services in Jamaica is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee their Montego Bay operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall branch operations and staff
Ensure all courier routes are covered daily
Oversee the completion of operational and cashiering reports
Maintain high standards of customer service and efficiency
Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
Experience in logistics management
At least 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience
Commitment to flexible working hours
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Preferred:
Experience in the courier or transportation industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software
