Booking Coordinator

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Interface with members of the public, visitors, and staff on matters relating to the department's functions.
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of the company's booking procedures, including being present at events.
  • Complete weekly and monthly utilization and other related reports.
  • Coordinate and implement marketing and advertising efforts for the company's products and services, including maintaining the company's social media presence.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and oral).
  • Flexible and prepared to work outside normal working hours.
  • Enthusiastic team player with high expectations of self and others.
  • Creative, organized, and methodical.
  • Physically capable of performing duties.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Public Relations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • At least three years of experience working in a similar or related environment.
