Requirements

• MUST be fluent in both English and Spanish

• 1-2 years of direct experience; Knowledge in Customer Service and experience in handling confidential customer information.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Intrinsically motivated and extremely goal oriented.
