What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently
• Handle call center activities with professionalism and empathy
• Update customer records and escalate issues when necessary
• Follow scripts and guidelines to meet service level agreements

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills with a warm, empathetic approach
• Ability to work onsite at our Portmore location
• Flexibility to work any 5 days a week, including weekends and public holidays
• Willingness to work any shift within a 24-hour period
• Must be at least 18 years old and meet all documentation and background requirements
