Bartender Turks and Caicos

As a Bartender, you would be responsible for serving beverages and/or food to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Role Responsibilities:
•	Warmly welcome and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards.
•	Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
•	Establish rapport with guest to build loyal and satisfied customers.
•	Ensure knowledge of bar and restaurant menu, promotions and specials.
•	Maintain knowledge of spirits, beers, wines, cocktails and coffee.
•	Maintain knowledge of bar inventory and wine selection to respond to expertly to guest questions.
•	Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of beverage recipes and mixing procedures.

Key Skills and Requirements:
•	Must have excellent communication skills. 
•	Basic math and computer skills.
•	Must have a consistently positive attitude and warm and friendly demeanor.
•	Good technical skills and ability to use POS and back of house systems.
•	Team player who can also work on own initiative.
•	Ability to work under pressure.
•	Flexibility to work longer hours as per business demand.
