Bartender/Mixologist
Position: Bartender/Mixologist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Bartender/Mixologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting unique and visually appealing cocktails while adhering to established recipes and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. In this role, you will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, engage with patrons and team members, and ensure the bar area remains organized and well-stocked.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take and accurately prepare orders from patrons and waitstaff, ensuring prompt, courteous service.
- Craft a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, cocktails, wine, and beer, while following standard recipes and adapting to customer preferences when needed.
- Prepare garnishes, fruits, and other ingredients at the start of each shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized bar environment, restocking daily to ensure all supplies are available.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a welcoming atmosphere and work effectively within a team.
- Develop and present cocktails that are unique and visually appealing, upholding our high standards of quality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience as a bartender or mixologist.
- Relevant academic qualifications or certifications in bartending/mixology are required.
