The Accounting Clerk is responsible to establish the processes, policies, and procedures to ensure timely, reliable functional obligations, investments, and commitments to third parties and staff members.
Responsibilities
Prepare & Posted Receipt in Accounting System of all Cash, Cheque & Credit card payments (All Divisions Mandeville)
Prepare & Posted Receipt in Accounting System of all direct bank deposit for USD Customers.
Posted payment in Accounting System of all direct bank deposit for USD Customers.
Prepare Credit Memos using approve return document from Mandeville/Super Stores
Monitor receivables in all three divisions by calling customers where needed and/or get payment updates from the sales representative.
File cheque vouchers, sales receipts, and invoices and send out missing document report to the respective location.
Prepare daily lodgment reports for Management team
Prepare statements for customers as requested
Assist in the Prepare bank reconciliations.
Assist in the Prepare Monthly Sales report.
Ensure the proper recording of all transactions to meet the company standards.
Participate in achieving the objectives of the department
